We are happy to report that we have had an unbelievable response to our new Queensway lots in Strathroy!  We have had the pleasure of working with some wonderful couples and families.  As always we appreciate our customers very much.  Fourteen sales have already been recorded so if this is where you want to live come and see us soon.

We have also had two sales in our Queens Gate subdivision so that leaves one lonely lot waiting for the perfect people to complete our subdivision.  We think it could be you!!

Pete is also very busy designing custom homes.  He enjoys the challenge of these projects.

Our staff has also expanded.  Look for Terry in his new utility van (soon to get a paint job and a logo) and say Hi to Jack and Liam, a father and son team who have joined our merry group.
